Great find and could not have been happier with the location right beside the beach on the sunrise side of the island. Only 5 minutes walk from the D mall. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms and a very nice atmosphere. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommended and i will definately come back when back in Boracay.

I booked to stay for a few weeks in November. The room was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. Slightly confusingly the 'Superior' room is no the suprior class of room and does not have a balcony view of the pool or the sea. The room itself is good and functiuonal. Just think that this is slight misadvertising. There were a couple of points that detracted from the experience. The place was quite noisy there was building work going on constantly next door (I know that this is not the fault of the hotel), there seemed to be constant screaming and shouting and there were a couple of occasions where the doors to the roof were left open and were constantly banging in the high winds (see below) The winds come in on the east side of the island in November time . This resulted in most days a 15 -20mph wind coming directly into the complex (again I know not the fault of the hotel). This did not really help when wanting to lie by the pool. I would probably look to stay somewhere next time I visit

Beautiful balcony rooms overlooking a central pool area with views of the beach. You can sit in the pool and watch the kite surfers go back and forth for hours.

True gem in the back beach. 5 min walking distance from the Dmall, and so easily accessible for all Boracay guests. Best place to enjoy the sunrise, if you are an early bird, and kiting. Private suites and 24/7 security and front desk will assist you and help with any request.

Best for family. Best service. Very accommodating staff. Near in kite surfing area. Hop on hop off bus loading area nearby.

Hotel has no atmosphere. Upon checking into our room we had eight geckos! Lovely man helped us catch them, but felt like I was in a zoo and couldn’t sleep.|Unbelievably windy on this side of the island. |Under the stairs behind reception cluttered with belonging. |No lamps in the room only the big main light, |I wouldn’t recommend.

Wow! Just...wow! We have spent the last week here and I am sad to go. Our 1-bedroom suite (Room 110A) is exceptional. The location is between the pool and front desk. Off the beaten path, but still within walking distance to the D'Mall. The staff was very attentive. We learned there is same day laundry (in by 8a, delivered by 3p). We will stay again!

So it was enough that the water heater was broken when we arrived. They fixed it, took a shower, and broke almost immediately. Waited to fix it in the morning. That's just the start. I ordered a superior room, and it seems they gave me a junior small room instead and said that's what I ordered. The bed after I woke up the first night destroyed my back and leg muscles with severe pain. The remotes didn't work with poor connection. All I kept to hear was I am sorry over and over and over again. I had to go to a hotel swap cause the pain almost ruined my vacation. Not worth the upgrade they offered.
